The 2nd Grade US Course students had another meaningful and exciting experience on the third day of their Autumn Trip 2026!
After spending two wonderful nights with their host families, it was finally time to say goodbye.
In the morning, the host parents drove the students to the Minamisanriku Portal Center for their farewell gathering. A student representative delivered a heartfelt message expressing the entire class's gratitude to their host families for their warm hospitality, kindness, and unforgettable experiences.
After the farewell message, everyone gathered for a group photo and exchanged their final goodbyes. It was a memorable moment as the students expressed their appreciation before continuing their journey to their next destination.
Exploring Agriculture and Technology in Hokkaido
After leaving Miyagi Prefecture, the students traveled to Hokkaido, where their first destination was KUBOTA AGRI FRONT.
During their visit, the students learned many interesting things about agriculture and modern farming. The facility prepared fun and interactive games that helped the students understand agriculture in an enjoyable and informative way.
They also explored agricultural technology (AgriTech) and discovered how modern technology is transforming farming, improving efficiency, and supporting the future of agriculture.
The students spent the afternoon exploring the facility, gaining new knowledge, and participating in educational activities.
A Warm Welcome at Their Accommodation
After their educational visit to KUBOTA AGRI FRONT, the students traveled to their next accommodation.
Following a safe and smooth journey, everyone arrived and warmly greeted their hosts. The students had some time to rest before enjoying a delicious dinner prepared by their hosts.
During dinner, the students enjoyed eating together, sharing stories, and reflecting on their experiences throughout the day.
After dinner, they still had some free time before lights-out, so they enjoyed playing card games together. It was a wonderful opportunity for the students to relax, have fun, and strengthen their friendships.
